Vision Boarding workshop: A workshop designed to bring out the best of what your life has to offer. A means for self-discovery, clarity and inspiration, a vision board is a fun and creative way to gain insight into yourself and identify personal goals. Available for educational settings and special events. Can also be tailored to a desired theme.
Book clubs and women’s discussion groups: Through thoughtful discussion of fiction, memoir, popular picks, and cultural favorites, participants discover new perspectives about themselves, the way we interact with others, and historical points in time. My facilitation style encourages critical thinking and meaningful conversation, transforming reading into a shared journey of insight and connection.
Corporate wellness series: A 60 minute Virtual workshop that focuses on topics such as stress management, career advancement, and emotional intelligence in the workplace. Other topics include: navigating uncertainty during trying times, emotional regulation for clarity and agency, and mastering self-talk for career success.
Consulting: Bringing coaching tools to organizations and educational settings to bring out the best in others. Empowering individuals from the inside out is a tool for greater productivity and heightened potential. Teaching people to tap into their strengths and skillsets is the building block of a strong and healthy community.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does coaching typically last?
Most 1:1 clients work with me for 3-6 months, though some continue longer. Group programs run 8 weeks to 3 months. We’ll discuss what timeline makes sense for your goals.
Can I do both 1:1 coaching and a group program?
Absolutely! Some clients start with group to learn the foundations, then move to 1:1 for deeper work. Others do both simultaneously.
What if I’m not sure coaching is right for me?
That’s exactly what the free consultation is for—to explore whether this is the right time and fit for you. No pressure to commit.
Do you work with clients outside the US?
Yes! All sessions are virtual, so I work with clients globally. As long as we can find a time that works for both our schedules, we can work together.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
Life happens. I ask for 24-hour notice when possible. We’ll discuss the full cancellation policy during our consultation.
